Rentals and Bookings

There are three different categories of Rentals and Bookings at Forbes Hall. Proceed to the type appropriate to your use.

Community Activities and Thetis Organizations:

Community Activities are activities that are free to the public. They are an integral part of life at Forbes Hall and have a broad range: crafts, fitness, outreach programs, church, library attendant days, pickleball, etc.

This category also covers use by any Thetis Island organization, society, association or group.

Private and Commercial:

These rentals are for individual’s Private Functions, such as family reunions, weddings, etc.

In addition, this type is used for commercial, government and private groups that are in need of a booked space to conduct their business meetings, presentations etc.

Health, Wellness, and Education:

Teachers and Practitioners are asked to contact the Facilities & Community Co-Ordinator to discuss rates for group programs and group activities that have fees for participants, and are beneficial to community participants’ education, health, and wellness.
