The Assembly Hall
The largest room at Forbes Hall, the Assembly Hall is where large gatherings, physical activities, community meals, presentations and such are held. It benefits from tall windows wrapping around two of the walls, with large doors exiting onto an adjacent patio. It can seat 100 people for dinner and comes fully equipped with a projector, screen and sound system.
Multi-Purpose Room
Adjacent to the Assembly Hall and the Beverage Station, the Multi-Purpose Room is a place for smaller groups to gather, or for larger groups using the Assembly Hall to include in their set-up. There is a service window directly from the Beverage Station into this space.
The Assembly Hall and the Multi-Purpose Room have an openable wall to integrate the two spaces. Its default is to be left open, but closing it is not difficult. The MPR (its short form) has a lovely propane fire place with four large, comfortable chairs for more intimate visits. It is equipped with a large format TV with an available HDMI cord for presentations.
Equipment
In addition to the Audio-Visual Equipment, multiple are tables available, 4’, 6’, 8’ standard, and 5’ round, with more than 100 chairs.

Assembly Hall is fully open to the Multi-Purpose Room creating a large, welcoming space.
A cozy place for a visit.
Patio Doors lead to the main patio. Long bench seating with a large overhang. Picnic tables and patio chairs for more visiting. The view is towards a small wooded area and the school playing field.
